Seeking an HR Business Partner!
Under the direction and guidance of the Human Resources (HR) Director, The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and employees, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance development to drive business success. The HRBP acts as a trusted partner to management, ensuring that HR solutions support both organizational goals and a positive employee experience. This is an onsite position in Rock Island, IL.

Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on talent retention, succession planning, and workforce trends.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, addressing workplace concerns, coaching leaders, and fostering a productive work environment.
- Guide and support performance management, including goal setting, employee development, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Identify skill gaps and work with leadership to implement training and development programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and employee career pathing.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and wage & hour regulations.
- Partner with the Benefits & Compliance Specialist to ensure workplace policies are up to date and effectively communicated.
- Work closely with HR Generalists, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Specialists to provide holistic HR support.
- Provide feedback to HR leadership to continuously improve HR programs and policies.
