Duties
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to move products and materials safely within the warehouse. (Must be Forklift Certified)
- This role includes loading and unloading shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Maintain an organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in materials handling.
- The forklift operator will play a key role in the efficiency of warehouse operations and the timely flow of goods
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with RF scanners, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy in inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
- Familiar with corrugate machinery a plus
- Must be familiar with current safety OSHA regulations
