The Center for Motivation & Change has been providing compassionate, collaborative and expert evidence-based treatment for people struggling with substance problems for the last 10 years. CMC:Berkshires is our private 13-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change.
CMCB is currently hiring for a Dishwasher. We will train, but applicant must be a self-starter, not require constant direction/supervision. Job duties include washing dishes, pantry stocking, receiving deliveries, food prep, assisting in serving meals, and overall being a team player in a busy, professional, and fun environment. Excellent spoken English required. Prior kitchen/restaurant experience preferred but not required. Could be temp to hire for the right candidate.

Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 8 hours
- Ability to and comfortable with working independently
- Ability to lift, push, pull weight of 50 lbs.
