What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spanish/English Bilingual Assistant position at CMC Consultant Services Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Making phone calls to schedule patients for testing or informing patients of what the doctor's office can offer them.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Speaking clearly is a must both Spanish and English
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist
- Strong organizational and phone skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Office 365 for document management and email
- Capable of using an app on personal cell phone or computer to make calls to patients. App is Go-To Connect
- Being Polite and Professional is a Must
You will be a 1099ed as an independent contractor best to have a DBA. Make your own hours but commit to a maximum of 8 hours during business hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
