Associate Family Wealth Advisor
Our Client
Our client, a multi-generational single-family office, is seeking a driven Associate Family Wealth Advisor (AFWA). This office provides innovative wealth and investment management services to multiple generations of its client families.
The Position
This role is crucial in supporting the management of client relationships and formulating and executing strategies to help clients achieve their long-term goals. The Client Services Team provides and broad and exciting range of financial services. Includes excellent comprehensive benefits!
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client’s overall financial situation and wealth goals and implement recommendations
- Strong communication with clients and attend client meetings
- Assist with the preparation and evaluation of annual budgets and cash flow projections
- Annual review and renewal of client’s insurance policies
- Assist with sophisticated tax planning, research, and minimization strategies
- Maintain a working knowledge of each client’s estate plan and planning documents
- Maintain debt management tracking schedules
- Assist with the coordination and execution of trust transactions
- Coordinate with grant making and administration
- Special projects
The Person
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-based culture
- Flexible, organized, and highly attentive to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor are a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Advanced certification or degree (CPA, CFP®, PFS, JD) is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Direct client relationship management is preferred
