Join us as an Assistant Project Manager!
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Assist project managers with a variety of tasks from project start-up to close out
- Assist with preparing and maintaining files, schedules & logs
- Drawing Reviews
- Locate vendors, prepare bid packages, & receive proposals
- Draft purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders
- Assist with the permitting process
- Distribute drawings to and communicate with subcontractors and field personnel
- Assist with invoice review and coding
- Assist with punch list and preparation of close out materials
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role, internship or co-op.
- Proficiency required in appropriate systems, including but not limited to MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, possess comfort while multi-tasking, and show strong follow-up skills
- Ability to interact and work closely with team members in a busy environment under pressure
- Excellent communication and interrelationship skills
- Must take initiative, be open to learning and taking on new tasks
