Your Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings on safety, quality standards, client feedback, and financial updates with the maintenance team
- Identify and highlight potential safety risks
- Manage the efficient allocation of technician assignments, aligning tasks with skills and training
- Ensure job packages are complete and precise
- Clarify job requirements, offering guidance on procedures and priorities
- Make strategic decisions ensuring adherence to schedules
- Oversee the accurate reporting of time, materials, and work orders
- Initiate necessary corrective actions following inspections
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of five years in maintenance, or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with Preventative/Planned Maintenance techniques, with the ability to create effective procedures
- Proficiency in handling welding, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and cooling systems
- Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical blueprints
- Competence with computer systems and software
- A Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential is advantageous
Education Background
- Preference for candidates with college, technical trade, or military education
