Your Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings on safety, quality standards, client feedback, and financial updates with the maintenance team
• Identify and highlight potential safety risks
• Manage the efficient allocation of technician assignments, aligning tasks with skills and training
• Ensure job packages are complete and precise
• Clarify job requirements, offering guidance on procedures and priorities
• Make strategic decisions ensuring adherence to schedules
• Oversee the accurate reporting of time, materials, and work orders
• Initiate necessary corrective actions following inspections

Your Qualifications

• A minimum of five years in maintenance, or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with Preventative/Planned Maintenance techniques, with the ability to create effective procedures
• Proficiency in handling welding, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and cooling systems
• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical blueprints
• Competence with computer systems and software
• A Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential is advantageous

Education Background

• Preference for candidates with college, technical trade, or military education
