Role and Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and understand all facility devices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear necessary PPE.
• Coordinate with ARP planners for maintenance planning.
• Champion safety and engage in CMC's safety culture.
• Diagnose systems using tools and expertise, identifying root causes.
• Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment systems.
• Keep extensive records of work progress and materials used.
• Provide technical guidance to others and maintain work area cleanliness.
• Operate diagnostic tools and record equipment metrics accurately.

Skills and Expertise

• AC/DC troubleshooting experience mandatory.
• Proficient in electrical controls maintenance and fixing.
• Familiarity with the metal forming process is preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage.
• Regular SAP system application knowledge preferred.
• Understanding and practicing current maintenance techniques crucial.
• Compliance with NFPA 70E is desirable.
• Experience in troubleshooting Siemens or other PLCs welcomed.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or GED essential.
