Role and Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and understand all facility devices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear necessary PPE.
- Coordinate with ARP planners for maintenance planning.
- Champion safety and engage in CMC's safety culture.
- Diagnose systems using tools and expertise, identifying root causes.
- Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment systems.
- Keep extensive records of work progress and materials used.
- Provide technical guidance to others and maintain work area cleanliness.
- Operate diagnostic tools and record equipment metrics accurately.
Skills and Expertise
- AC/DC troubleshooting experience mandatory.
- Proficient in electrical controls maintenance and fixing.
- Familiarity with the metal forming process is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage.
- Regular SAP system application knowledge preferred.
- Understanding and practicing current maintenance techniques crucial.
- Compliance with NFPA 70E is desirable.
- Experience in troubleshooting Siemens or other PLCs welcomed.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Background
- High School Diploma or GED essential.
