Key Responsibilities

• Current and clear communication with team members and departments.
• Strict adherence to safety standards and appropriate PPE usage.
• Collaboration with planners to organize and execute maintenance strategies.
• Actively be a part of and promote our safety-first mindset.
• Conduct detailed diagnostics on systems and determine necessary solutions.
• Effectively troubleshoot, adjusting to high-voltage contexts when needed.
• Keep accurate logs of repairs, resources used, and tasks performed.
• Offer technical advice and maintain cleanliness at work station.
• Proficient operation of diagnostic equipment and digital tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior AC/DC troubleshooting background necessary.
• Experience in electrical controls repair and upkeep.
• Preferable knowledge of the mining and forging machinery.
• At least three years in industrial maintenance is favored.
• Familiar with Maximo or SAP systems preferred.
• Sound understanding of mechanical system maintenance required.
• Preferably familiar with NFPA 70E practices.
• PLC troubleshooting proficiency, particularly Siemens, is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Educational Prerequisites

• Completion of High School or GED is mandatory.
