Key Responsibilities
- Current and clear communication with team members and departments.
- Strict adherence to safety standards and appropriate PPE usage.
- Collaboration with planners to organize and execute maintenance strategies.
- Actively be a part of and promote our safety-first mindset.
- Conduct detailed diagnostics on systems and determine necessary solutions.
- Effectively troubleshoot, adjusting to high-voltage contexts when needed.
- Keep accurate logs of repairs, resources used, and tasks performed.
- Offer technical advice and maintain cleanliness at work station.
- Proficient operation of diagnostic equipment and digital tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior AC/DC troubleshooting background necessary.
- Experience in electrical controls repair and upkeep.
- Preferable knowledge of the mining and forging machinery.
- At least three years in industrial maintenance is favored.
- Familiar with Maximo or SAP systems preferred.
- Sound understanding of mechanical system maintenance required.
- Preferably familiar with NFPA 70E practices.
- PLC troubleshooting proficiency, particularly Siemens, is a plus.
- Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends.
Educational Prerequisites
- Completion of High School or GED is mandatory.
