The Road Ahead: What You'll Do

Set the standard in maintenance:

• Follow detailed service instructions to guarantee equipment efficiency
• Create and maintain comprehensive service record documentation
• Cultivate effective, positive communications with your teammates and our clients
• Demonstrate reliability through your work ethic and adaptability
• Advocate and engage with our safety initiatives and culture
• Skillfully diagnose and repair diverse equipment issues
• Perform routine checks and maintain both mobile and stationary machinery
• Manage any other tasks assigned by supervisors

The Expertise You Bring

• Capability to conduct minor repairs safely
• Maintain a spotless and disciplined work environment
• At least a year's experience in equipment or vehicle maintenance
• Experience in trailer air brakes and welding
• Previous experience as a fleet mechanic is beneficial
• Physical capacity to handle up to 50 lbs and diverse weather conditions
• Work effectively within a dynamic team environment
• Proficiency in hydraulics/pneumatics and technical resources
• Expertise in cutting, welding, and fabrication methods

Educational Path

• Completion of high school (or GED) or equivalent experience is essential
