Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules, ensuring tasks are prioritized to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Work Order Management: Review, enhance, and clarify work orders to ensure they are actionable, accurate, and detailed. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Data Analysis: Record maintenance activities, analyze data, and create reports to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Utilize insights to optimize maintenance strategies.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 1β4 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role within an industrial environment. A strong mechanical or technical background is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and equipment, with the ability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.
- Education: A degree or certification in a mechanical, technical, or industrial field is a plus but not required if experience aligns.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
