Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules, ensuring tasks are prioritized to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Work Order Management: Review, enhance, and clarify work orders to ensure they are actionable, accurate, and detailed. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Data Analysis: Record maintenance activities, analyze data, and create reports to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Utilize insights to optimize maintenance strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with maintenance technicians, engineers, and plant personnel to align maintenance activities with overall operational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance planning, execution, and overall department efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role within an industrial environment. A strong mechanical or technical background is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and equipment, with the ability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.
• Education: A degree or certification in a mechanical, technical, or industrial field is a plus but not required if experience aligns.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
