Key Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive bids and detailed cost estimates for heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and evaluate project scopes.
- Select and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, while estimating self-perform crew productivity and costs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support project success and business growth.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between Estimating and Operations teams.
