A qualified candidate will perform:
Work Orders daily
Prepare vacant units ready for move ins
Report to Property Manager Manager
Maintain maintenance shop
Maintain the property grounds
Requirements
Skills: HVAC certified a plus but not required, Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills, Experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, Knowledge and ability to perform turnover process.
**Background Check Required**
This position requires a “whatever-it-takes" attitude. A candidate must have the desire to do a job right the first time and do it in a timely manner. A “sense of urgency" to complete tasks is required. When on the job, this position must feel comfortable asking for help and letting someone know if you don’t understand something or you don’t know how to do something.
Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 an hour based on skills and experience plus Full Benefits and 401k with company match
