Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective customers in designated neighborhoods.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from previous interactions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape future marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively market products and services to a diverse customer base.
- Experience with outbound calling and warm calling techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales or related fields is advantageous.
