A day in the life of a service technician at our company:
- Dispatched from your home in a wrapped vehicle
- Primarily residential service calls
- Service Titan CRM (all paperless)
- Go to an average of 3 calls per day
- Debrief with our dispatch after each call
- Come into the office once per week on average to restock materials or for a training meeting
- Make clients happy!
What we're looking for:
- Positive attitude
- Can speak professionally and establish good rapport with clients
- Enjoys fixing problems and installing components for clients
- Motivated to earn more and be happier with their career
- 3 years experience with Residential Service & Installation
- Valid Driver’s license in good standing
- Work well with your peers (primarily via phone but we still like being nice and encouraging..)
