What You'll Do
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to enhance loyalty
- Develop and execute a strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Understand and navigate market, competitor, and customer dynamics to ensure market share and sales goals are met
- Work with customers to better understand the business needs and goals
- Attend sales meetings, training and activities; to include performing additional duties as needed
- Minimum 3 years sales experience preferred with knowledge of construction related products a plus
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- High ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity and character
- Strong ability to lead and guide decision making
- Strong level of commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship development
- SAP or similar ERP experience a plus
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment with shifting priorities while staying organized and detailed oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other closely related field strongly preferred
