What You'll Do
- Prepare fabrication lists for highway structures for rebar reinforcement within the requirements of the engineering design and drawings.
- Occasionally drafting of complex areas to assist in listing of material.
- Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
- Participate in CMC Safety culture and training on a regular basis.
- Be a part of a great team of individuals and grow your career
What You'll Need
- Experience with Rebar Detailing Programs, preferably Autodesk/Bentley CAD/aSa/Tekla platforms preferred
- Ability to review and interpret contract documents for TxDot jobs.
- Must be able to visualize three dimensionally (spatial visualization)
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to solve unique problems
- High level of attention to detail and focus with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to use MS Excel & MS Outlook
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
