What You'll Do
- Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Remove bar used daily in SAP System
- Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area
- Operate mobile lifting equipment to organize storeroom inventory
- Responsible for continuous improvement such as suggesting improvements in work methods and procedures
- Prepares and maintains accurate records of services and repairs
- Other duties as assigned
- Prepare and maintain inventory records
- Assist with cycle counts, month end inventory
- Post adjustments to inventory
- Compile and issue inventory reports to management
- Review driver’s daily inspection reports
- Distributing new license plates to the field.
- Report on registration status of all units in the registration process
- Handle and manage files, internal forms and support materials including DVIR, log books, etc.
- Conduct daily audits of drivers to ensure compliance and productivity through a fleet management and tracking software system.
- Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements
- Maintain inventory for fleet consumables
What You'll Need
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
- Must be able to operate mobile equipment
- Inventory experience preferred
- SAP experience is a plus
- Must be able to learn quickly and multitask
- Some overtime will be required
- Ability to work with exposure to extremes in temperature, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas
- DOT knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

- High School Diploma or GED required
