What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support accountability and reconciliation of financial targets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Administer financial programs, including budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to link operational metrics (e.g., production, sales, efficiency) to financial results, delivering clear and concise reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to link operational (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational efficiency
- Support strategic planning by preparing scenario analyses and assessing the financial impact of operational decisions.
- Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Experience in financial analysis and financial modeling, primarily in a manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Excel, financial software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or ERP systems).
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to influence business decisions through analytical summary
- Prior change management experience a plus
- Creative thinker, able to challenge the norms
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
