What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at CMD Electric?
We are seeking a disciplined, motivated, and top performing Electrical Project Manager Estimator with a proven track record of building relationships that matter in our Pleasanton, CA office location. This is a role for an experienced and collaborative professional with a strong understanding of electrical construction. The role will involve both sales and project management.
BROAD JOB SCOPE :
- Establish and execute project objectives and performance standards that align with corporate policies.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of construction in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Develop relationships and a high level of credibility with internal team members and the clients we serve.
- Develop estimates and proposals for bid opportunities with clients.
- Work with clients on design solutions for DB special projects.
- Provide budgets to customers as required.
- Responsible for generating and managing own book of work with clients.
- Size of projects will range anywhere from $5k to $2mm. Majority will be in the size of $250k to $500k range.
- Will be expected to manage multiple projects of this size with a general revenue of $5mm per year.
