Here’s the deal – this isn’t your average creative writing position. We want the best of the best. We want someone who can look at what we’ve done, and then take it to the next level. We’re specifically talking about great content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as well as blogs for our clients and our own website.

Qualifications :

Concepting creative ideas for social content and being able to create them on your own or work with the creative team to help give directionResearch client industries and be able to interpret that into impactful copywritingBrowsing social platforms to see best performing content and new trendsKeeping updated with news and press releases from social platforms that can impact our approachWriting captions for posts as well as refining messaging matrixes for engagementMonthly :
Understanding the monthly campaign objective for the client and being able to take that information and come up with a plan for content to achieve those goals.Working with the Social Media Specialist at the end of the month to contribute to client reports and being able to communicate what content is performing the best, what content is performing the worst, and why. Also, be able to give recommendations on what type of content we should experiment with based on timely trends.Attending the creative brainstorm meeting to align with the creative team on how we can execute content for the following month. Also, you must be able to receive constructive feedback and also feel empowered to give constructive feedback.Team Structure :
Reporting to Marketing Director and working alongside Social Media Specialist, Creative Team, and external clients

Compensation :
We’ll pay for approximately 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays and EVERY Friday off as well as give you a great place to grow. The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 – $70,000 per year.
