Responsibilities
- Assist in Engineering Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the design and development of engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Field Work Support: Participate in field surveys, inspections, and data collection activities to gather essential information for project planning and execution. Assist in analyzing data and generating reports as needed.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support engineering calculations, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations. Utilize engineering software and tools to perform simulations and modeling under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project coordination efforts by organizing project documents, tracking project timelines, and communicating with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Proactively engage in learning opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge in various engineering disciplines. Seek mentorship from experienced professionals and actively participate in training programs offered by the company.
- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or GIS is a plus.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze technical data, perform calculations, and interpret engineering drawings. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and clients.
