CME Associates is seeking a motivated Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our team in East Brunswick office, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Civil/Environmental engineering, problem-solving skills, and a passion for environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Strong design experience/capabilities with AutoCAD
- Site grading/Stormwater Management design
- Landfill design engineering experience a plus
- Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects align with federal, state, and local environmental laws.
- Support the design and implementation of environmental remediation projects, including groundwater treatment and soil remediation.
- Prepare technical reports and feasibility studies for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Perform field investigations, collect environmental data, and analyze data to develop engineering solutions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience.
Technical Skills: AutoCAD a must, Proficiency in GIS, and environmental modeling software is a plus.
Certifications: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; ability to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the future.
