Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CME Associates' services and enhance its market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Manage the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and visibility.
- Oversee the development of proposals and qualifications packages in collaboration with technical teams.
- Develop, maintain and track pursuit (pipeline) list for the firm and lead pre-positioning activities by developing capture plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in marketing, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
