We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Order Entry/Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team. This role is responsible for providing quality and professional customer service. They will answer inbound calls, process orders and quotes, and provide administrative support to Account Managers. This position will be based out of our branch in Warwick, RI and will be report to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Adequately and efficiently processing high volume orders, maintaining records, and consult with customers on current and past orders
- Answer inbound phone calls while identifying prospective opportunities
- Prepare price quotes using quoting software
- Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers to ensure proper and attentive response time to customers
- Performs other miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, Associates’ preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Previous customer service experience in healthcare industry a plus
- Excellent grammar, verbal, written, and data entry skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledgeable in A and Salesforce software a plus
