The Lead - IAM Governance Analyst provides high-level guidance and technical expertise across a broad range of Identity & Access Management (IAM) activities and initiatives. This role will improve governance processes, oversee the implementation of technical solutions to ensure adherence to IAM standards, procedures, and audit requirements. Specifically this role will assist in gathering audit evidence, educating regulatory agencies and other CME teams on CME IAM processes and helping other teams align with CME IAM Technical standards. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate documentation and analysis of requirements, solution design, development, testing, and production deployment. They can effectively run multiple projects simultaneously, requiring input from various levels of stakeholders, that provide consistent results which meet organizational standards for delivery and quality.Key responsibilities : Assist subject matter experts with the coordination and response to regulatory, audit, and compliance requests. This may include the entirety of the issue lifecycle e.g., development of issues, establishing action plans and producing required evidence aligned to action steps, as well as thematic review of the issue portfolio.Work with the Line of Business (LOB) Partners to manage identity lifecycle and access governance activities including developing, maintaining, and facilitating the socialization of IAM policy standards, processes, and proceduresMaintain end-to-end governance processes across the IAM space with aligned controls and metrics to evaluate control effectivenessCollaborate with stakeholders to develop IAM policies and standards that iteratively support IAM enhancements across process, data, and technology.Provide subject matter support for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and controls to ensure CME's compliance with Regulation SCIAdditionally, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial regulations and a proven ability to apply them to complex situationsMinimum requirements : knowledge, skills and abilities : 5-7 years developing and implementing IAM governance processes at a large / international enterprise, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industryExperience planning, researching and developing security strategies, standards, and procedures.Experience with identity lifecycle management and access management technologies Understanding of information security components, principles, practices, and proceduresAbility to conduct data analytics, resulting in actionable insightsAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentFamiliarity with NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, as well as IAM-specific laws, rules, and regulations within the financial services sector2 - 3 years managing cross-functional projects preferredPersonal Attributes : Ability to manage data and conduct data analytics, reviewing responses prior to delivery of regulatory, audit, and process responsesHighly motivated with keen attention to detail and organizationExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and fact-based troubleshooting skillsHigh-level critical thinking skillsExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsFormal Education & Certification : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related disciplineSecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, SSCP, Security , etc.) or advanced degree#LI-Hybrid#LI-DS#diceCME Group is committed to offering a competitive total rewards package for our employees that recognizes their contributions to the business and reflects our long-term investment in their future.
