The Global HR Operations team is looking for a Sr HR Operations Analyst in the US. The HR Operations team provides operational support to Employees and the wider HR team throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. The Senior HR Operations Analyst should understand the need to deliver an excellent experience to all our stakeholders, along with having the skill set and curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities with our HR Operations processes. This is a busy global role which comes with the need for the successful candidate to be able to organize, prioritize and shift competing priorities as needed with their workload and incoming requests.
This role reports to the HR Operations Manager based in Chicago (Headquarters) and is part of a Global HR Operations team based across Bangalore, Belfast, Chicago, London & New York.
- Customer Focus - You are someone who is driven to deliver an excellent experience to all our stakeholders, ensuring their requests are prioritized and resolved in an effective, efficient and detailed manner. You are able to look at requests holistically for accuracy and precedent setting as well as putting yourself in the customer's shoes in order to drive the best solutions and, take into consideration how we as a Global HR Operations team can deliver a value-added strategic partner relationship.
- Innovative Problem Solver - You are able to effectively manage ambiguity and take ownership of creating solutions for employee and stakeholder requests. Along with this, you will identify trends in HR Operations' requests and bubble up possible opportunities for continuous improvement implementation through automation and other such process enhancements.
- HR Operations Champion - You are passionate about HR Operations and the value this HR specialty can deliver to the wider HR team and organization as a whole. You are a champion for adopting the latest technologies within HR to revolutionize HR programs and streamline HR processes.

The salary range for this role is $64,900-$108,100.
