Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant). Principal Accountabilities:
- Provides technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members and delivers product backlog items.
- Understands low-level designs, uses software design patterns, and effectively incorporates those designs into the larger platform ecosystem.
- Influences best practice development, delivers knowledge assets, and contributes to process enhancements.
- Fosters collaboration across diverse teams and effectively communicates technical concepts to less-technical stakeholders.
- Influences outcomes which accelerate the efficiency of others while ensuring high quality results.
Skills and Software Requirements:
- Strong programming experience in more than one industrial programming language, i.e. Python, Go, Scala, Java, C#, C , etc.
- Familiarity with best practices in data engineering, data science, and/or AI/MLOps.
- Substantial experience with one of the big three cloud platforms, and its AI/ML platform.
- Substantial experience with containers, container orchestration, CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to properly prioritize work effectively.
