WORKING CONDITIONS
Our construction work is usually outside, subject to extremes of temperature and humidity. Each employee should dress and eat/hydrate according to those conditions.  Please communicate with Site Foreman/Leadman, which monitors all breaks and in cases of extreme heat/cold accommodates the work required and breaks accordingly.
At times there is moving machinery; work must be done in high or hazardous places, and sometimes there is exposure to fumes, airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher at times.

It is our mission to Help All Move Forward with Joy.  For all employees to do well and progress, CMES encourages each employee to do their best to display the values of Respect, Trust, Appreciation, Humility & Dedication.

NOTE:  The Laborer needs to understand that if the Operator needs to get out of the machine and do the laboring work for them, what is the point of the laborer being there?  The equipment must be moving at all times.  We ask all Operators to help if needed but if they are helping all the time, they must communicate to the Foreman to get more labor help or maybe this laborer is not performing as required.
