Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Make daily runs to the post office, banks, and other locations as needed
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages delivered to the office.
- Coordinate the pick up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain meeting rooms by cleaning tables before and after meetings. Keep tables clear of all clutter.
- Ordering office supplies, snacks, office lunches, etc.
- Greet guests in the lobby area and direct them to the appropriate location for meetings, etc. Confirm that guests have an appointment when they arrive.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Position requires good customer service and interpersonal skills, being organized, dependable and punctual. Must be able to work independently and also have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Hours: 25-30 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm
