Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality parts.
Deburr parts and perform machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain quality standards through regular inspections and measurements.
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For :
5 years of CNC machining experience with lathes and mills.
Consistency, Accountability, Integrity, and Positive Energy. Drives to a higher standard.
Safety focused, strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Setup experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train and help you grow!
Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills.
