CMG Services is looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail and problem-solving throughout the construction process across all regions. Key duties include planning and managing the installation of shingle, low slope, standing seam metal roofs, and wall metal systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities
Attend site meetings as requiredPerform a key role in planning and implementing as well as improving the current processCommunicate effectively with all personnel responsible for completing various phases of the projectCollaborate with other departments to produce estimates, pricing, product specifications, warranties, and other correspondenceTracking of project schedules and ensuring projects are completed on timeEnsure project documents are complete including photos.Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends when business requiresCapable to deal with vendors, clients, consultants, and project managersSite Visits / Quality Assurance checksOnly use good roofing practicesEnsuring all service operations are under budgetEnsure that all billings, quotes, and reports are looked over and accurate before sending out to customers.Verifying and signing off on all timesheetsOversee quality of installation ensuring procedure, protocol and specifications were followedBeing accountable for actions and decisions made by the departmentRegularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughlyOversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of workMust be comfortable working at heightsWork hand in hand with production to keep the production jobs moving efficientlyPrepare and / or review roof reports with photosCreate Estimates and Work Orders for maintenance, repairs, new installations, and roof replacementsReview customer invoices for accuracyReview monthly Job CostsBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customersWhat We Contribute to Your Success

Ability to travel and work out of the city. Projects will be throughout Texas.Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving recordAble to pass a background check3 years roofing experienceA glimpse of what we offer :
