Job Description:
- Assist in managing the social media strategy of our 200 clients;
- plan, develop and implement PR strategies;
- write weekly blog post(s);
- liaise with colleagues and key spokespeople;
- liaise with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email;
- research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media;
- collate and analyse media coverage;
- write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
- prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
- organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
- maintain and update information on the organization’s website.
Job Requirements:
- BA or at least 3 years of studies in a top university (with possibility for full-time after graduation);
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
- Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
- Possess the ability to keep information confidential
- Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
- Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
