Job Description
As a Sales Representative you will drive the sales efforts of our new cloud healthcare products. You will engage in outbound inbound focused sales and marketing efforts to potential clients. You develop and manage your own sales pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations. Leads are provided by a variety of marketing efforts, existing client upgrades, and our lead development team.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fielding inbound Outbound calls.
- Initiating contact with leads via phone call and email to qualify, present our product, and close a sale.
- Managing the sales process from lead to close.
- Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).
- Identifying, qualifying & maximizing sales opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts
- Executing Consensus' sales methodology to investigate and identify customers’ needs and determine solutions.
- Achieving monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- (Required) Minimum of three years sales experience
- Salesforce experience and or comparable CRM
- Knowledge and experience with Excel.
- Experience with Zoom or comparable video calls platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email.
- You must be competitive, organized, self-motivated and have a desire for career advancement.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings.
- Experience delivering web presentations to individuals as well as groups at the management and executive level.

- Background check will be required.
- Webcam meetings required during training and other meetings.

Rate:
Hourly position of $15.00 with opportunity of commission.
Schedule:
Set Schedule for Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm PST and 10am-6:30pm EST.
There will be one week of initial paid training with the same schedule.
Salary : $15
