We’re urgently seeking an experienced Auto Liability Property Damage Claims Specialist to become a key part of our growing team! Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims in compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Analyze policy coverage and determine liability while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Gather and assess statements, police reports, and other evidence to support claim decisions
- Communicate professionally with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and third-party vendors to ensure timely claim resolution
- Manage claim files effectively, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume call center environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and drive operational success
Key Qualifications:
- 12 months of experience handling auto liability claims, including making coverage and liability decisions
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, state regulations, and claim resolution procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information both verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical and investigative skills to assess claim validity and liability
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
