Get ready to make a big impact and have fun along the way!Responsibilities : Primary strategic partner for assigned client(s) related to social media (strategy and paid)Stay abreast of changes in the market place, and help our clients understand how they can be leveraged to help their brandsTrain junior employees on the back end management of paid social programs across networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and othersCreate POVs and thought leadership pieces showcasing your and CMI’s knowledge in the social spaceDevelop a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states and determine how social media can provide a benefit to their audiencesManage a team of social media analysts, helping them grow and develop into full stack social media marketersPartner with the insights and analytics team to create and define measurement plansAssist predictive analytics team in utilizing native language processing of social media data to predict content and behavior analysis opportunitiesProvide oversight to analysts who manage the day-to-day social campaigns for clientsEnsure the CMI social team is using best in class tools by staying on top of shifts in the market and available toolsetsLeverage social listening tools to develop strategies and analyze competition and audience segmentsConnect social media with other departments such as search (paid and organic), media and researchWork across both consumer and healthcare professional social media programsCreate social media campaigns that provide a benefit to the audiences our clients are targetingFamiliarity with regulated industries and how social media can be utilized within the regulationsLead the education of client teams, helping them see value in social media and help them understand how it can be utilized to benefit their brandsStay up to date on the use of social media in the pharmaceutical space, specifically keeping a pulse on FDA regulations and processesHelp lead thought leadership efforts related to social media on behalf of CMIWork alongside creative and PR agencies to adjust messaging based on social analysisUtilize social analytics tools to analyze content promotion efforts and adjust strategies as neededOversee social analysts and help them oversee the legal review and submission process for social media effortsCreate new and innovative ways for clients to engage brandsManage social listening to identify influencers, trends, engagement, and content opportunitiesLeverage social media tools to identify and if necessary report adverse eventsRequirements : 7-9 years of social media experienceNatural leader with the ability to articulate strategies thoughtfully and to the pointStrong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting the daily operations and management of campaignsProven experience managing a team of direct reports consisting of junior, senior and leadership staffAbility to create, grow and expand relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholdersStrong presentation and communication skillsStrong quantitative analysis skillsAbility to make recommendations of statistically significant data setsUtilizes industry knowledge and experienceHealthcare / pharma experience is a plus!#J-18808-Ljbffr
