Job Description
Job Summary
The Maintenance Helper assists with various maintenance job duties at CMI’s customer site in Menlo Park, CA.
- Assist in a wide range of crafts and trades as assigned.
- Assist higher-graded employees in the operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of mechanical and building systems.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of vacuum, oil, and water pumps; bearings, belts, temperature control valves; steam traps; and electrical systems.
- Assist with performing regular preventative maintenance activities including changing filters, lubrication, cleaning, inspection for wear, lamp replacement, and other related tasks.
- Assist with repair of equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
