Requirements:

• Leadership & Vision: 8 years of proven management experience in the marketing/communications industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Process Optimization Expert: Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• People & Culture Champion: Passion for fostering a positive and supportive work environment, with a strong commitment to mentorship, professional development, and team building.
• Healthcare Industry Expertise: Extensive understanding of marketing concepts within the pharmaceutical and patient markets, with a strong knowledge of media planning across all channels – traditional and digital.
