• Brand Insight : Demonstrate a deep understanding of client brands and diseases, harnessing social media to benefit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.
• Integrated Approach : Collaborate across teams to integrate social efforts seamlessly into overarching media plans.
• Leadership Role : Lead status meetings, serve as a team lead, and oversee campaign reviews while delegating tasks across junior staff.
• Calendar Ownership : Manage the paid social calendar, orchestrating promotional strategies across all social channels.
• Education & Thought Leadership : Educate clients and partner agencies on social media best practices, contributing to thought leadership efforts.
• Regulatory Awareness : Stay updated on FDA regulations and processes relevant to social media in the pharmaceutical space.
• Innovation Drive : Recommend adjusted messaging, placements, or strategies based on in-depth social analysis to enhance client engagement.
• Analytical Insight : Utilize social analytics tools, including native reporting resources like Facebook Ads Manager, to drive performance improvements.
