In this pivotal role, you'll be a key client contact, a strategic partner, and a driving force in shaping the future of social media within the healthcare landscape.
What You'll Do:
- Be a Client Champion: Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, transforming them into passionate advocates for social, content, influencer marketing, and CMI Media Group.
- Lead the Social Strategy: Serve as the primary client lead for brand social strategy, influencer initiatives, and social content opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory guidelines.
- Orchestrate a Cohesive Social Offering: Collaborate seamlessly with paid social and social intelligence teams to deliver a unified and impactful social media experience for our clients.
- Grow and Integrate: Foster strong relationships with client social teams, facilitating their integration and growth within our agency network.
- Champion Best Practices: Oversee and act as the point person for agency network health partners within respective disciplines, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulations.
- Drive Innovation: Partner with the SVP, Social Center of Excellence to develop a productive "social as a service" offering and onboard new and existing CMI clients.
- Inspire and Develop: Manage a team of social leaders and individual contributors, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow into full-stack social media marketers.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously evaluate and implement best-in-class social media tools and technologies, keeping CMI Media Group at the forefront of the industry.
- Be a Mentor: Serve as a trusted mentor to junior employees throughout the agency, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Ignite Enthusiasm: Generate excitement and commitment to client business among internal team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Proven Agency Experience: Previous agency management experience with Fortune 500 companies, particularly within the pharmaceutical or health sectors.
- Deep Social Media Expertise: 10 years of social media experience, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and its unique regulatory challenges.
- Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated experience in team management and a knack for building high-performing teams.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical/health industry and the regulations governing social media within this space.
- Strategic Vision: A strong strategic and innovative mindset, constantly pushing boundaries and seeking new opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and supplier partners.
