We are looking for Human Resources Generalist to join our team and administer all aspects of Human Resource management for our company. They will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of skillsets while being part of there management team.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· Recruitment through internet searches, postings and other available resources.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews, hiring, onboarding of required personnel.
· Coordinate training courses including scheduling and assist in administering third party training and in-house training. Lead employee onboarding training and overview training.
· Development of human resource policies and handbook changes.
· Continuous improvement of employee development process and reviews.
· Liaison between personnel and management, this position is responsible for responding to all regulatory requests from county, state and/or federal offices.
· Employee relations including reviews, improvements, and other mediations and negotiations as needed.
· Maintain employee records including time and attendance, training, insurance, 401K, corporate benefits, and possession of company property.
· Additional responsibilities assigned by Management, including office administrative duties.
Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
· 3 years of HR/Administrative experience.
· General knowledge of HR laws and legislation.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Outlook.
· Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Conflict resolution.
· Sound organizational and time management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Self-starter, motivated, energetic.
Position is on-site only.
Schedule is M-Th and 1/2 F. Available after 6pm on occasional basis for 2nd shift.
Reports to upper management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
