The Technical Support Specialist position is right for you, if you….

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to support requests, opening and resolving support tickets and addressing other client service requests.
- Provide technical expertise in IT infrastructure and network administration for multiple clients working both on-site and remotely
- Administer and maintain computer systems (PC and Mac), network infrastructure, VPN, backup solutions, and VoIP
- Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, and printers
- Management, configuration, and deployment of firewalls, switches and other networking equipment
- Monitor clients’ systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic recommendations for optimal performance and continual uptime
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal operational disruption
- Communicate effectively with clients through scheduling work, providing status updates and solution progress
- Maintain cybersecurity best practices and keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Create and update documentation related to projects, procedures and best practices
- Manage internal and external IT projects on scope and budget
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications:
- IT related experience required - Managed Services Provider experience a plus
- Proven ability to setup, configure, and troubleshoot computing hardware and infrastructure components
- Microsoft 365 Administration experience
- General networking and network administration experience
- Experience with Windows PowerShell or other scripting knowledge, multifactor authentication, virtual networking, VoIP are preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service
- Enthusiasm for working in a team environment
- Organized, detail-oriented and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable and passionate about technology
- Certification (MCSE, MCSA, CCNA) a plus
