DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing candidates to guiding new hires through a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams and shaping a positive first impression of our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Create and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
Onboarding
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate background checks, references, and employment eligibility verification.
• Organize new hire orientation and training schedules.
• Ensure new hires are equipped with necessary tools, technology, and access.
• Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their first weeks.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• 1 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or general HR support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
Pay : $25/ hr.
