Your New Role

As an Electrical Superintendent, you’ll lead from the front—literally. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of high-security construction projects, guiding field crews and subcontractors, keeping communication sharp, and ensuring every piece of the puzzle is in place. This isn’t your average desk job—expect hands-on leadership, on-the-go project management, and the kind of responsibility that turns jobs into legacies.

Location: Based out of Murfreesboro, TN, with travel to regional job sites

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead site-specific safety measures and ensure OSHA compliance
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material resources
• Partner with project managers on scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Conduct inspections, oversee certifications, and manage documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused job site
• Mentor and evaluate team performance and development
• Represent CML Security professionally on-site and in meetings
• Operate tools and machinery as needed

Job requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of superintendent or related field leadership experience
• OSHA 30 Certification (required)
• Master Electrician License (required)
• Strong blueprint reading and technical diagram interpretation
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Clean background (must pass security clearance for high-security sites)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to job sites as needed
• Strong communication skills and accountability mindset
