DESCRIPTION
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative aspects of the project. They support project management, engineering and field personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all administrative aspects of project and field offices
- Manage the logistics of project site setup and demobilization; Including setting up project housing, furnishings, and utilities as needed.
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying material and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from project team
- Assist in the preparation and routing of purchase order agreements, letters of intent, and change order documents
- Track and update shipments in accordance with the BOM and assist with vendor correspondence
- Coordinate all job site shipments with the project team and the Logistics Specialist
- Facilitate purchase of tools and consumables in partnership with site personnel
- Assist with close out procedures by gathering and compiling necessary project documentation, including operations and maintenance manuals.
- Submit and track project-specific security clearances
- Maintain and update project filing systems and train on their usage
- Assist with booking travel within the project teams and for specific projects
- Receive and filters requests, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Engage in written communication with vendors and internal employees
- Answer phone called from vendors, superintendents, engineers and other CML employees
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality
- Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
- Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate
- Maintain the standards, culture and values of CML Security
- Other duties as assigned
- Lift up to 30lbs
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
- 2-3 Years of administrative work experience required; construction industry experience preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite of Software and Adobe or Bluebeam preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and specifications preferred
- OSHA-10 certification
Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
Pay Range: $20.00 to $30 Hourly
