We are a custom home builder on the Jersey Shore that heavily uses Chief Architect, ArchiCAD, and Lumion to visualize our homes. We are seeking a candidate who can create 3D models of our projects and assist with design drawing updates.
Responsibilities
- Creating architectural 3D base models using Chief Architect, ArchiCAD, etc.
- Replicating and modeling selected exterior and interior architectural finishes (millwork, floor finishes, wall finishes, etc) using Lumion or other rendering software
- Assisting with maintaining and updating 3D model walkthroughs using Lumion or other presentation software
- Assisting with design drawing updates for MEPs, millwork, tile, etc. using CAD software
- Organizing and maintaining digital material finish libraries and custom objects/components libraries (furniture, light fixtures, etc)
- A portfolio of completed 2D drawings, 3D models, & renderings
- Strong skills in 2D/3D modeling software such as Chief Architect, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, etc.
- Lumion skills preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
