Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Full Time Automotive Lube Technician to become an integral part of our off-road/performance team at CMMG, Inc. This role is ideal for candidates with prior shop experience, their own tools, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently
* Master products, services, company knowledge and customer service
* Diagnose and repair vehicles
* Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance, such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
* Alignments
* Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments
* Shop upkeep and OSHA compliance
* Assist other technicians in completing work, as needed
* Perform motor vehicle inspections, as needed
* Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards
Requirements:
* You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team.
* Eagerness to learn
* Can lift up to 50 pounds
* Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
* Can stand for extended periods of time
