CMMG Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and well-spoken multi-tasker for our open Inside Sales Associate position. This position will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.

To be successful you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Interface with internal and external customers
• Communicating with customers through emails and calls to customers.
• Review opportunities with sales and develop quotes
• Understanding customers' needs and resolve any issue that may arise.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet technical and operational requirements of customer
• Responsible for order entry, and order management relating to monitoring customers request dates and schedule ship dates, holds on orders preventing shipments
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Explaining features of products and services.
• Staying informed about products and services.
• Responsible for decisions that impact resources, scheduling contractual commitments and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate and participate in events
• Other products and responsibilities as assigned

Inside Sales Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in a call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure during tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Satisfactorily complete the 90 day probationary period.
