What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Associate position at CMPND?
We are looking for a full-time Community Associate, Work is in-person, Monday-Friday 9pm-5pm. Pay is salary based on current experience.
Our building is centrally located in Journal Square, a 5 minute walk from the PATH station. Namdar Group has 4 buildings currently operating here in JSQ, 9 Homestead 26 Van Reipen, 97 Newkirk, and 28 Cottage. We are in the process of opening a new buildings by the end of the year, with 3 more yet to break ground.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations:
- Resident/member satisfaction
- Assist in building-hosted events.
- Move-in/Move out coordination
- Turnovers
- Building basic maintenance coordination
Skills
- Experience in property management, both in administrative task work and leasing/sales.
- Basic understanding of Google Suite.
- Able to navigate advertising platforms: Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.
- Customer-focused approach.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
