Position Description: We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Director of Respiratory for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Staten Island, New York to oversee the respiratory care program , ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents with respiratory conditions. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Qualifications of the Assistant Director of Respiratory: Valid Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in the State of New York. 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Respiratory in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Respiratory: Manage respiratory therapy staff, monitor equipment and supplies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that improve residents' respiratory health and quality of life. Compensation: $125,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary
